40 Days of Anime - Day 14

Oh lord. This one's hard, because a good half of the anime I like fall into this category. For now, though, I'm going old school and choosing TRIGUN, with the proviso that I have only seen about half or two-thirds of it. (I'm spoiled for the ending, but that's not the same as watching it yourself.) I've burbled about this before, but the short version: yes, I know, it pulls a 180 degree tonal shift (a lot more subtly than many more recent anime who've tried the same thing), and the ending punches you in the feels. But that first half is really really adorably fluffy and fun, dammit.
