A Very Short Report on DragonCon 2019

Things DragonCon has:

* So many things you guys
* Like I can't even
* Famous actors being silly! (cough cough David Tennant cough) Famous actors being serious!
* Tea duelling! Which is deliciously ludicrous!
* Reminder that I actually quite enjoy (anime/urban fantasy/writing) and should partake more often!
* Cosplay! Music! People!
* Rather a lot of people, really
* 85,000 according to the website
* Um.

Thing DragonCon does not have:

* Any official quiet rooms
* Seriously even the DC disability wiki sorta shrugs and suggests maybe the board game room
* Or an alternate hotel lobby

I had lots of fun! But I am done humaning now kthxbai.

I am glad that you had a good time. David Tennant has always seemed very charming.

He came across as a corgi in human form - small, bouncy, and Very Happy pretty much all the time. I mean, he realized that the chairs they were given to sit in had Wheels! So he could go wheeling across the stage! Which meant he and his moderator should have a Chair Race across the stage! Which is indeed adorable.
