If by 'anime' you mean 'movie,' then the answer is 'a lot.' SEN TO CHIHIRO/SPIRITED AWAY is one of my comfort movies, so I re-watch it regularly.
If by 'anime' you mean 'series,' then...maybe twice? Both INITIAL D and YURI ON ICE have come in for re-watches, but it's not necessarily a marathon straight through the whole thing, which complicates counting.
