Dear roommate-who-should-know-better,

'Samoas' are tasty cookies, made by the Girl Scouts, involving caramel and chocolate and coconut. (Unless you have the alternate bakery, in which case they're called 'Caramel Delites.' Same cookie, though.)

'Samosas' are tasty Indian dumpling sorts of things, involving deep-fried pastry stuffed with mashed potatoes mixed with spices and possibly other things. Please note the lack of caramel, chocolate, or coconut. Or Girl Scouts either.

...dammit, now I want chicken tikka masala. Hmph.

...dude. If Girl Scouts were to start dealing samosas on street corners and outside of supermarkets, I would actually start making eye contact with them!

Aaaah, I want curry now, but I'm too tired to cook....

*cackles* And now I'm picturing them in their Samosa costumes, fighting alongside the Curry Men in Shadow Hearts: Covenant's Man Festival. AND I CAN'T UNPICTURE IT. *dies*

Cooking Indian isn't that hard, actually--it just seems like there's a million ingredients and a billion spices, sometimes. :D Luckily curry is my favorite thing to make, and that's about as easy as it comes! Mmmm, curry. *is hungry now*
