Hi! And pre-emptively, thank you! Yuletide is always fun in a 'hooray, someone else loves one of my tiny little fandoms!' sort of way, so yay for you being willing to write one of my requests!
Overarching comments: I am a hardcore romantic. Not in the sense that I think love solves all problems, because it doesn't, but in the sense that I believe that happy endings are possible. I prefer them to be earned, but I do love my happy endings. Which you probably guessed from my requests, given that the only one that's for a canon with a downer ending is asking for fix-it fic. :wry grin:

Read or Die & Related Fandoms - Yomiko Readman, Nancy Makuhari, F/F - I am all about the OVA femmeslashy subtext between these two, so if you give me something that 'fixes' the ending of said OVA and lets these two get a happy ending, I will love you forever. The reason I have 'OVA OVA OVA' all over my sign-up is because I've only ever seen that: I have not read the novels nor the manga, and I definitely haven't seen the TV series, so if you choose to incorporate elements from those into your story, I sadly will not recognize them. (Although I'll freely admit I've heard spoilers from the TV series that left me kind of '...seriously? They went there?' So.)
Gakuen Senki Muryou | Shingu: Secret of the Stellar Wars - Moriyama Nayuta, Murata Hajime, Muryou Subaru - Anything involving these three. How did Nayuta deal with how the final confrontation went down? How chill is Hajime, really, with having his whole worldview shaken up like a snowglobe and then set down again to be normal? How human is Muryou, anyway? Gen, threesome, whatever you like. If you write this, I will be surprised. Very very very pleased, because so far as I know, I'm the only one who's ever written fanfic for it, but surprised, mostly because this is a series that it seems like barely anyone even knows about. It's sweet, it's subversive, and its fandom seems to consist of me, the person who showed it to me, and the people I've showed it to.
Initial D - Takahashi Keisuke, Takahashi Ryousuke, Fujiwara Takumi - Do they really never just hang out instead of (well, okay, in addition to) racing and practicing? Does Keisuke ever get curious about what Takumi's actually thinking? Does Ryousuke ever relax (no, really, does he)? Does Takumi ever ask about how either Takahashi brother got into racing? Inquiring minds want to know! Slash welcome (threesome! erm.), but not required, so long as the focus is on the relationship(s) between the three guys. I have a deep and illogical love for this series - I say 'illogical' because I know very very little about cars, and car racing? Eh, whatever. It's the characters I love (Takumi in particular), so if you want to skimp on the driving, I do not care. It's mostly about these three guys, who only sort of talk to each other (okay, Ryousuke and Keisuke talk, but they're brothers, they live together, it doesn't count), and yet despite the lack of overt communication there's still this bond between all three of them, as if they've learned everything they need to know about each other just from racing each other. I have less than no objections to slash (I've written them myself as an OT3), but if you'd rather go gen, go for it. (Help help the parenthesis are running away with me...)
Mamma Mia! (2008) - Harry Bright, M/M - Did Harry and that Greek boy just meet that evening during the party, or had they met earlier? What happened after the party (nudge, nudge, wink, wink)? What happened next? How fluffy can one request about a fluff movie be? Why yes, I do think Colin Firth is adorable. Likewise the trope of a terrifyingly self-controlled person finally letting themselves go, and sharing that vulnerability with someone else, is one of my favorite fic buttons (see also: above request regarding Ryousuke). If you want to write post-canon fic with cameos from other canon characters, I have no objection whatsoever: I liked everybody. It's just that I was most interested in Harry and his young man.
